Orders should be delivered within 8-12 business days after processing.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, the full order amount will be refunded.
Once your return package is on its way to our warehouse, the return process begins. Please provide us with your return information. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
This process may take up to 2-5 business days from the date the return tracking shows as "delivered."
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
If you have a Yeoreo account, you can log in and view the status and tracking of your order on the My Dashboard page, under the recent "Track Your Order" section.
