Processing and shipping orders
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Additionally, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. If you order a product that is backordered or delayed, we will notify you immediately by email.
Order delivery and logistics
Our orders are shipped via CNE. Shipping is free. Our standard delivery typically takes 9 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Check order status
You will receive your order number after completing your payment. If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact support-fr@yeoreo.com with your order number.
Lost package
In the event of a lost package, the logistics service provider assumes full responsibility. If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate your lost package.
