Order processing and shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Additionally, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. If you order a product that is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately by email.
Order delivery and logistics
Our orders are shipped via CNE. Shipping is free. Our standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Check the order status
You will receive your order number after making your payment. If you wish to check the status of your order, please contact support-fr@yeoreo.com and include your order number.
Lost package
In the event of a lost parcel, the logistics service provider assumes full responsibility. If your parcel has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate your lost parcel.
