Return procedure

  1. Please contact us through our website and indicate the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you have received our return instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Drop off the package at your local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the package. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Return policy

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. We do not accept any returns without a proper return request.
  4. We do not offer freight-to-cash (FTC) service for returned packages. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  5. Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before sending it.
