Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, personalized items, personal care products and hazardous materials cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current item and place a new order separately.
14-day right of withdrawal – European Union
Customers in the European Union have 14 days after receipt to cancel or return their order without giving a reason.
Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
We will inform you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
Please note that processing and the appearance of the refund in your account may take some time depending on your bank or card issuer.
